Read Before Booking

Important

Please submit one listing per booking request. Include the full property address, access notes, preferred service package, and any seller or tenant restrictions before checkout.

Scheduling

Appointments are confirmed after availability is reviewed. Sunset, luxury, drone, and video services may require additional timing coordination for the best final media.

Rescheduling

If a property is not ready, reschedule as early as possible. Weather, access issues, and incomplete staging may require moving the appointment to protect final quality.

Entry Onto Property

Agents are responsible for confirming access before the appointment. Lockbox, gate, alarm, pet, and HOA instructions should be provided in the booking notes.

Booking confirms that the client has reviewed service terms, appointment expectations, licensing and media delivery policies.
